In Buyer's place, Seller can be cornered by all departmental heads, at a time.
If venue is hotel it is at Buyer's Convenience & at Seller's Cost.
Unless it is a Buyer's timely need, it is presented as a Buyer is obliging
a Seller.
Both the buyer & seller, being competent, it may lead to ego problem.
Seller being at receiving end, may not get time to convey his complete message.
Seller can not tell all good & big about the business unless asked for.
